It Is Quiet Here

This is the thing guests write about most often. The flat is on the top floor, nobody walks above you, and the street ends at the water. You hear the sea and the birds, and not much else. The bedroom window looks straight out over the bay, so the light arrives before you are out of bed.

Two Balconies. Sunrise and Sunset.

The bedroom balcony faces east, 5m². It is where breakfast happens, before the town is awake. The 15m² west balcony holds the sun from afternoon until it sets. A glass from the wine cooler, the day ending over the water.

A Shower With a Sea View

The window in the bathroom looks out over the water, so you can watch the bay while you shower. Small thing, and nobody forgets it.

Made for Slow Days

Daylight fills the open living space. There is a home cinema for quiet evenings and a built-in coffee machine for slow mornings. Nothing here asks you to hurry.
